The location was fantastic for accessing trams and buses. The only downside was the limited breakfast options.

Fort Vernyi, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel. Superb base for a trip in Almaty...
Nothing negative to say.

What a great spot for a city break! The location is seriously unbeatable—right near trams and buses so you can explore everything easily. I also loved that we could check out 24 hours after arriving! Plus, the spacious junior suite we got was perfect for relaxing after a busy day.
The breakfast was a letdown—super limited options and not very filling. Our first room had some issues too, with a bit of a smell and an outdated sofa. The staff could improve their attitude, as not everyone seemed eager to help. A few tweaks could really elevate the experience!

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with a nearby bus stand, shopping mall, and cozy cafes all within walking distance. a fantastic experience—10/10!

the staff were helpful, assisting me at midnight when I needed a teapot. the location was decent, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, although the metro was a bit of a walk away. overall, I found it to be a good value for money, especially since I had my own bathroom and breakfast included, despite the room being a bit old.
Nothing to rave about 😕.

I appreciated that the staff were helpful, as they even helped me find a teapot late at night. for the price, it’s a decent option since it includes your own bathroom and breakfast, despite the room being a bit dated.
Too many issues 😩; no bedding, insects, and poor conditions.

Excellent Customer Service and Room Upgrade Experience
I had an amazing customer service experience at the hotel. Despite a rocky start with room issues, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and eventually provided me with a more comfortable and clean room. the hotel's willingness to address and resolve issues promptly was commendable. However, cleanliness and room maintenance could be improved for a more pleasant stay experience.
