Excellent Customer Service and Room Upgrade Experience
I had an amazing customer service experience at the hotel. Despite a rocky start with room issues, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and eventually provided me with a more comfortable and clean room. the hotel's willingness to address and resolve issues promptly was commendable. However, cleanliness and room maintenance could be improved for a more pleasant stay experience.

Fort Vernyi, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel. Superb base for a trip in Almaty...

The location was convenient with easy access to restaurants and public transportation. I appreciated the flexibility with the check-out time, making my stay more convenient. the staff was accommodating and quickly resolved issues like a defective AC unit.
The initial room had a bad smell, but the staff promptly changed it. Some rooms had maintenance issues like torn furnishings and inadequate amenities.
